Wisconsin Troopers Benevolent Foundation
Building Community
Honoring the Past
Protecting the Future
Welcome
The Wisconsin Troopers Benevolent Foundation was established to encourage and support community outreach by members of the Wisconsin State Patrol. Given that our agency is spread throughout the state, it is challenging for us as an agency be involved at a community level. This program encourages troopers in their off time to join and support community programs.
The Fallen Hero’s Fund was started in 2008 under the auspices of the Wisconsin Troopers’ Association and established as an independent not-for-profit organization in 2011. The Fund has provided benefits and support for the families of State Troopers lost in the line of duty serving the citizens of Wisconsin. These efforts are funded entirely with donations from the public, and hundreds of individuals have contributed to the Fund.
The Funds goals are to provide unrestricted grants and financial support to each spouse and dependent child; and to parents of unmarried State Troopers. The payments are coordinated with the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Troopers Association and Fallen Hero’s Fund, to ensure all eligible families received these benefits.
As with previous projects, the Wisconsin Trooper Fallen Hero's Fund has once again begun its deliberation process of determining how best we can next support fallen Wisconsin Trooper and their families. Please help us support this vital mission and donate to the Fallen Hero’s Fund.
